There is a film "Dead Meat" that shows you the side of the Canadian health care system that Micheal Moore won't..... Most Canadians run to the the US for their health care - but supposedly this is the best system in the world....

Just found your blog. It is always good to hear of more orthodox Idaho Catholics!
And then Americans in turn run to Mexico for lower costs! Its a never-ending cycle.
What area are u from in Idaho? My parents live out in Wilder, although I live in Spain. I was amazed that despite them closing all the local churches, how much the big Caldwell Church has grown - although most of it seems to be Spanish speakers.

Well, as you might have guessed the blog is not yet - active - as you might define it.
I am new to the blogging thing am have been exploring more than just a blog for Catholic voices.
Duncan, I live in Garden Valley, and my son just played Wilder last week in Middle school football (American) - yes, my son's team won. The immigrant (legal and illegal) is quite high around here.
I intend to fire this up again and get regular posts and am working on some other features for a larger effort.
